It was impossible for me to find time to work out because of the excessive stress at the office and taking care of my family.

That said, I don’t let stress become an excuse for avoiding exercises altogether! Between all of us, we have 24 hours to fit all of our daily activites. If we have the time to do these activities, how can you not find time to workout? Don’t you brush teeth, or take a shower everyday? Why do you do these? Because they are part of your daily routine. You know that if you don’t brush your teeth regularly, you will suffer from tooth decay. Similarly, if you don’t take a shower regularly, you will have skin diseases. However, you will become fat if you don’t excerise on a regular basis?

1. Workout with a friend: If is not fun working out by yourself. Yet, if you can have a friend workout with you, chances are that you will start loving your workouts instead of hating them! 4. Start it slow: If this is your first time exercising, it is only natural that you will be scared to exercise at the gym. When people say that you will have to exercise everyday to lose weight, ignore them. Instead, try to take it easy: start by working out only for fifteen to twenty minutes per day, for two or three days a week. You can add more to your workout routine as your body grows accustom to it!
