My weight loss success used to go up and down like a yo-yo. Why? Because I was confused. No bread, no carbs, no protein. Trying to work out what to do, what not to do was an absolute nightmare.

In the context of safe weight loss, food groups exist because we need them to live healthily. I would never recommend removing a whole food group or severely limiting food variety. In the long term, this may be potentially dangerous to our health.
For sure, this approach will not give us the permanent weight loss success we are looking for.
The answer? Just get the basics right…

Make sure most of the fats you eat are unsaturated. Avoid saturated fats such as butter
You Need Carbs
These are your major energy source. My favorites - whole grains, fruit and vegetables.
Stick To The Basics
Long lasting weight loss will not come from all the hype or following the latest fad diet. Your health and general well being depends on your weight. Don’t subject your body or your health to the latest trends, please.
